Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Cloudsync Layer learning seats and workshops purchased through an invoice or enrollment confirmation. This website does not process payments directly.

Eligibility

Refund requests are available for cohort seats canceled before materials access is issued, and for workshops canceled before facilitation begins, subject to the timeframes below.

Timeframe

Submit a refund request within 14 days of the invoice payment date and no later than 7 days before the cohort or workshop start date, whichever comes first.

Full refunds

A full refund is available if you cancel within the timeframe above and have not received downloadable templates, live-session links, or app configuration files.

Partial refunds

If materials were partially released but live sessions have not started, we may offer a partial refund equal to the unused portion after deducting an administration fee of RM 150. Once a learner attends any live session, fees for that seat become non-refundable except as required by law.

Non-refundable items

Custom Audit Desk facilitation already delivered, third-party platform fees billed separately, and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@cloudsync-layer.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for identity or payment verification.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your institution.

Cancellations by Cloudsync Layer

If we cancel a cohort or workshop, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat cost.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions for documented medical emergencies or force majeure affecting your ability to attend, at our reasonable discretion and with supporting documentation.
